The battery warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Cracks, holes, scratches and patches on both the case and cover due to inadequate anchorage or inappropriate force. Is the battery secured to the tray firmly?
Swollen or exploded case or burnt labels due to overcharging.
Batteries installed in vehicles that do not meet the specifications state in the battery application table.
Malfunctioning of the electrical system of the vehicle – charging under 13.5 volts / charging over 14.5 volts – starter dragging below 9.5 volts.
Corroded, dented, filed, rebuilt or damaged terminals, melted down terminals due to false contact.
Battery without electrolyte and/or without cell caps/vent caps- one or two cells dry.
Serial number on battery altered or does not correspond with serial number on the invoice
Loose cell plate paste material coming off visible / electrolyte’s color is black, gray, and opaque /due to vibrations caused by inadequate anchorage of battery upon installation or over-charging.
Batteries not in use for 6 months and more.
Must bring battery in every 3-4 months to service
Important
Vibration will damage your battery. Make sure that the battery is held securely upon installation. After ensuring that none of the physical damages mentioned above is present on the battery, the following problems are considered factory defects:

DANGERExplosive can cause blindness or other severe injury. Batteries produce explosive gases. Keep sparks, flames, cigarettes away. Ventilate when charging or using enclosed space. Always shield eyes when working near batteries. This warranty does not confer any other rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
